1. Scope
This policy applies to the website presenting The Sailing Quy Nhon project, including the price list/consultation request forms and the contact channels published on the website (hotline, WhatsApp, Zalo).
This policy is based on Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection, Law on Cybersecurity, Law on Consumer Rights Protection and related implementing regulations. The Vietnamese version of this policy prevails in case of any discrepancy.
2. Data controller
The entity that collects and processes your personal data through this website is the operator of this website (“we”), which is also the consultant and distributor of The Sailing Quy Nhon project, developed by Do Thanh Real Estate Development Investment JSC. Contact details are in section 13.

The registration form does not ask for your ID/passport number, income, bank account or any other sensitive data.

- To arrange project and show apartment visits;
- For customer care and to inform you of project updates;
- For aggregated statistics and advertising measurement to improve our content and services;
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Your consent
Before submitting a form, you must tick the box confirming that you agree to this Privacy Policy; otherwise the form will not be sent. We keep the time of your consent and the applicable policy version as a record. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in section 9.
6. Data sharing
- The developer and the project's official distributors/consultants, to contact and advise you;
- Service providers supporting our operations: storage (Google), measurement and advertising tools (Meta, OpenAI, Google). They only process data on our instructions; contact details sent to advertising platforms are one-way hashed (SHA-256) before being sent;
- Competent state authorities upon lawful request.
Some providers host servers outside Vietnam; data transfers are carried out in accordance with Vietnamese law.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
The website uses cookies and similar tools (Meta Pixel, OpenAI Ads Pixel) to record visits and measure advertising performance, including cookies such as _fbp, _fbc, __oppref, __obref. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and remembers your language choice in your browser.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser; this does not affect your ability to view the content or submit forms.
8. Retention period
Data is kept for as long as the project's consultation, sales and customer care activities continue, or until you request deletion or withdraw your consent, unless the law requires a longer period. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
- To be informed about data processing; to give, refuse or withdraw consent;
- To access, correct, obtain a copy of, delete or restrict the processing of your data;
- To object to marketing calls and messages;
- To file complaints, denunciations or lawsuits and claim compensation in accordance with the law.
To exercise these rights, please contact us as described in section 13 and provide the name and phone number you registered with for verification.
10. Security measures
We use encrypted connections, control and limit access to data, and require confidentiality from our processing partners. If an incident affects your data, we will remedy it and notify you as required by law.
11. Persons under 16
The website and consultation services are not intended for persons under 16. If we find that we have collected data of a person under 16 without the consent of their guardian, we will delete that data.
12. Policy changes
This policy may be updated; the new version is published on this page together with the “Last updated” date.
